Melissa Crumley

I’m a wife of a Naval Veteran, a mom of three wonderful kids and I have a passion for Real Estate. With my husband’s career, relocating was nothing new and was always an adventure worth taking. It opened many doors and opportunities for my love and passion for Real Estate and Property Management. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked my way from the bottom up and from the west coast to the east coast. My career kicked off in 1997, working for a large hotel chain on the beach in Texas and running a small condominium office with over 100-units that were both owner occupied and used for daily/monthly rentals. I have also managed a large apartment beach community that homed over 547-single units in San Diego and seven large luxury apartment buildings in The Big Apple, New York City. In 2010, we headed to Northern Virginia were I had the privilege to work for a small business owner and managed her large commercial properties. I over saw and managed nine large commercial condominium buildings in three different counties. I was successful in growing the company prior to our last and final move to North Carolina. I’ve been an active North Carolina REALTOR® since 2014. I’ve been successful in helping people sell, purchase & build their dream homes from ground up and help fill their rental properties.
